Cancellation and Refund Policy

CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND DATE CHANGE POLICY

In the event of cancellations or refunds for any reason, participants must notify the agency via the designated communication channels. In the event of a cancellation, participants may, if they wish, exercise their rights to change the date, transfer their reservation, or have it held for future use. If a participant notifies the agency via communication channels that they cannot attend the event at least 3 days prior to its start;

 Right to Cancel and Refund:  Katılımcı, iptal ederek ödemiş olduğu tutarı  %100 olarak iade alabilir. 14 iş günü içerisinde ödemeyi yapan kişinin hesabına iadesi yapılır.

 Right to Change the Date: The participant may postpone their reservation to another date within the same season. If the participant changes the date, the price difference between the two periods is calculated based on the prices in effect on the date of the original reservation. If the participant chooses to use this right on a date with the same price, no difference is charged. If they use it on a date with a higher price, they pay the price difference. If they select a date with a lower price, the difference is refunded.

 Right to Transfer to Another Party: The participant may transfer the event ticket they have purchased to another person. The transferee agrees to all the terms and conditions of this agreement.

The Right to Retain the Amount Paid: The participant may choose to keep their package on hold. In this case, the balance they have paid will be held in reserve. The participant may use the balance held in their account for all products on Fethiyetatilim.com within the same year or until the end of the following summer. Any unused balance during this period may be carried over to the next year.
