Fethiye FlyBoard Experience
One of the coolest activities of the summer is flyboarding. It’s a whole new way to fly—a truly unique invention.
Flyboarding takes place on the Ölüdeniz beach; no prior experience is required, and training is included in the tour.
You must select your reservation time at least one day in advance. There is only one flyboard available in Fethiye. Since a jet ski and an instructor are required to operate the flyboard, the equipment must be prepared in advance.
How Do You Use a Flyboard?
Flyboard equipment works in conjunction with a jet ski. One instructor is on the jet ski; their job is both to check on you and to provide the power the flyboard needs. When you’re ready, the instructor revs the jet ski, and the flyboard begins to fly by shooting water out from underneath it.
It gives you time to adjust your position when you hit the water, and then you try to take off again.
Of course, you can’t pull off any fancy moves or do flips on your first try. But it’s not that hard to get the hang of; you’ll get used to it quickly and find your balance. If you fall into the water, you’ll be back on your feet in just a few seconds.
Flyboarding in the calm waters of the Dead Sea is a lot of fun—though it can be a bit pricey.
Flyboards in Ölüdeniz are available for rent in 15-minute sessions, with an instructor included.
We do not offer a free shuttle service for the Flyboard tour; you will need to make your own way to Ölüdeniz National Park. Due to heavy traffic during the summer months, we recommend using public transportation.
We’ll meet you at our facility in the Blue Lagoon at the time you’ve selected, where you’ll receive a brief training session. After putting on your life jacket and flyboard gear, we’ll head out into the water. Your rental period begins as soon as the engine starts.
