Denizli Ski Resort Paragliding – Nikfer

Our paragliding tours take place during the winter months. Our flights are held at the Denizli Ski Center. As long as weather conditions permit, we offer paragliding tours every Saturday and Sunday.

Paragliding Takeoff Point
Our flights begin at our paragliding launch site located at the top of the cable car station, and our instructors will accompany you throughout your flight. No prior experience is required; you’ll just need to give the instructor a little help by running during takeoff.

The flight time varies depending on wind conditions. As long as conditions are favorable, we expect the flight to last 15 minutes. If weather conditions are not sufficient, the flight can last a minimum of 5 minutes.

The takeoff altitude is 2,300 meters and the landing altitude is 1,950 meters. This means that our flights at the Denizli ski resort take place at an altitude of approximately 350 meters.

Similarly, during the paragliding landing, taking a few steps will be sufficient. The instructor will easily guide you to the starting point of the cable car.

Access to the takeoff point is provided by cable cars; it is an ideal spot for flying.

Denizli Ski Resort – Nikfer
The ski resort is located in the Nikfer–Bozdağ region of Denizli Province. You can get there by minibus from Nikfer or downtown Denizli, or by car. On days with snowfall, you may need to use chains or similar equipment. However, the road is in good condition and is constantly being cleared. When approaching from the Acıpayam side, the road may not be cleared immediately on snowy days, so please take extra care on that route.

The Denizli Ski Resort is a very good facility run by the municipality. The slopes are ideal for winter sports, and the snow quality is excellent. The resort is open during the winter season, from January through March.
In addition to its ski facilities, it’s also ideal for sightseeing among the local population. It features sledding areas and a large recreational facility.
It is also a region that offers breathtaking views during paragliding flights.
